Tony Castillo is a seasoned Hair Stylist and industry educator with more than 20 years of experience in the beauty profession. Beginning his career in 2005, Tony has built a reputation for combining technical expertise with artistic vision, helping clients look and feel their very best. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he joined The Look Salon & Spa in 2026, bringing decades of knowledge and a passion for exceptional service to every guest.

Throughout his career, Tony has remained committed to continued education, completing advanced training with leading professional brands including Wella, Brazilian Blowout, Alfaparf, Redken, Joico, Artego, and many others. His journey began in an exclusive salon in Puerto Rico, where he developed a strong foundation in the craft before becoming a freelance educator and collaborating with industry leaders, including the founders of Toni & Guy. His work has taken him across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Spain, where he has educated fellow professionals and shared his expertise on the global stage.

Inspired by renowned artists Peter Cardon and Guy Tang, Tony believes that beautiful hair has the power to transform confidence. His favorite part of every appointment is seeing the smile on a client’s face when they see their finished look. As he often says, “Your hair is the crown you never take off.” Whether creating a subtle refresh or a dramatic transformation, Tony is dedicated to delivering personalized results that reflect each client’s individual style and personality.
