Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may have the opportunity to fill the appointment time.
If you do not give us at least 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to show up for your appointment, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Missed Appointments:
If you miss your appointment without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be considered a “missed appointment”. Missed appointments will be subject to a fee equal to the full cost of the service that was scheduled.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can happen, so if you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from giving us notice, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that this may result in a shorter appointment time or a need to reschedule your appointment. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and preparation for your service.

Our salon policy is to ensure that every client receives quality services and transparent pricing. Prices may vary based on factors such as time, service type, hair length, and product usage, but we will always communicate any additional charges upfront.
Social Media Usage:
We love to share our work and connect with our clients on social media. If your photo was taken and you do not wish for it to be used online, please let us know and we will respect your request. Please note that by agreeing to have your photos taken, you are giving us permission to use your photos for social media and promotional purposes.
