Connie was born into a hairdressing family from L.I. N.Y. With more than 20 years experience as a stylist, Connie’s enthusiastic and dedicated approach for meeting clients and doing hair is still her PASSION.

In 2005, Connie and co-owner Gail, opened The Look Salon and Spa, which rapidly gained a reputation for excellence in both hair color and hair design. Between them and their talented staff, THE LOOK SALON team is the destination for clients who expect nothing but the finest level of service.

Gail Benson

As a leader in the Hair Industry, Gail Benson is truly a well qualified master of her craft, proven through years of experience, dedication and commitment to excellence. More important, she cares, and she listens. Gail loves what she does and takes pride in satisfying each client, going the extra mile, and enjoying every step. To know that her clients will leave her chair feeling beautiful is her challenge, as well as her reward.

Gail has been in the beauty profession for more than 35 years as a stylist, educator, competitor, and mentor, as well as a successful business owner. Along with her National Color Certification with ABCH, these accomplishments have set her apart from the rest.

Gail travels to shows and education centers across the country at every opportunity, and has received many hours of specialized training at the Redken Exchange on 5th Avenue in New York City.

Anthony Diaz

Anthony is a successful businessman, starting his management career when he first began managing an automotive repair shop of 30 employees here in Orlando. Anthony retired from his position there and then began working with Connie and Gail to open The Look Salon and Spa.

Anthony is in charge of day to day business at the shop. Anthony takes on the difficult task of searching for promising employees and bringing them on board, and then training them on the proper shop procedures. Anthony also runs the marketing campaigns for the shop which brings new clientele to the shop continuously.

Megan

Megan is here to give your hair what it needs! She specializes in many areas of hair services from the latest color techniques to trendy cuts. Whether its a new style, highlights, lowlights, a perm, or a refreshing new color for the season Megan is ready to assist you! Catering to both the trendy and conservative clients alike, Megan has a way of making each feel welcome and as special as she artistically enhances their appearance.

Megan graduated from the Institute of Createive Enhancement (ICE). Employed by Paul Mitchell as a Color Educator and then by Nexxus as a Color Educator and a member of their Hair Show Staff, she is competent in all areas of color technique and application. With five years experience as a successful stylist, she continues to update her professional awareness through continued education and show involvement. Milissa

Milissa has over 16 years experience in the beauty industry. She has extensive education in all hair color, cutting, and styling techniques by Aveda and Redken. She also continuies her education throughout the years with numerous hair industry shows and classes.

Toni Creegan

Toni is an assistant to Connie at The Look Salon. Toni has numerous years experience in the salon industry as she was a stylists for many years. She still has maintains a current cosmetology license. Toni loves animals, friends, and family.

Joel

Joel, Is a Redken Master Specialist and has 5 years experience in the beauty industry.
His education and influences in hair cutting and coloring are from Redken, Wella, Paul Mitchell, and Schwarzkopf E.U., to name a few. Using various shear and razor disciplines he can get that cut that’s tailored just for you.

From vivid color to well blended highlights and lowlights, to block color and various peak-a-boo techniques that are fun, funky, or sassy. Joel can help you create that new look for you or just fine tweak your existing ideas.

Erica has five years experience in the beauty industry. She has a strong belief that communication between stylist and clients is a vital component in designing a look that is just right for her clients.

Not only is Erica a well trained stylist, she specializes in a wide variety of color techniques. Some of her favorites are dimensional coloring and multi-color highlighting. Not only does Erica love cutting and coloring, she is also trained in the Mane Tamer hair straightening system and is a certified Cinderella hair extension specialist.

Belinda Moore

A new stylist to the Oviedo area. Belinda recently relocated from San Diego in April 2009 and has been with us a The Look Salon and Spa since August. She specializes in all areas of Color, Highlights, Multidimensional color, Haircuts, Perms, Wedding and Specialty Up-dos, Waxing, Makeup and Spray-tans. She originally was licensed in the state of Arizona in 2000 then after a year at working with Salon De Nouveau she moved to San Diego where she recived her license there and continued the last ten years working and educating herself with color, styles, fashion and the ability to help each client reach their hair goals and desires. She has and is currently working with Redken products and has been trained with various color lines such as Paul Mitchell, Loreal Professional, Matrix, Joico and has a wide variety of knowledge and skills. Belinda also has worked with charity organizations such as Locks of Love, The Baldricks Cancer Society. Belinda is very skilled in all areas pertaining to making your hair look and feel its best.
